Job Title: Network Validation Engineer
Location: Remote from anywhere in the USA
Duration: 12 months to start with possibility to renew

Job Description

  • Debug and automate deployment problems typically found in aggregate systems built from multiple vendors like, HPE, Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Palo Alto, Thales etc.
  • Hardware validation of the GDC Systems.
  • Working closely with System Integrators and our partner teams to build, troubleshoot and mitigate issues using tools to reduce resolution time.
  • Understand requirements and automate routine tasks to reduce toiling.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be productive during production outages if they occur.
  • Proficient in Python / Golang and shell scripting. (Required - Python, Golang.)
  • Linux system administration skills.
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with container orchestration environments preferably Kubernetes.
  • Experience in provisioning, managing, monitoring environments and workloads in the private and public cloud.
  • Knowledge of Helm charts to deploy and manage microservices in Kubernetes clusters.
